A Flair for Color
"America's toughest sheriff" Joe Arpaio has ordered 50 sets of pink handcuffs in which to restrain prisoners in an attempt to degrade them, according to The Smoking Gun. The cuffs will nicely complement the pink boxers the Arizona sheriff orders prisoners to wear and the pink sheets he forces them to sleep in. If behavior is a form of projection, it looks to us like Arpaio has some masculinity issues. Or at least knows that pink is in this season.

That idiot sheriff will do anything for a little PR. Meanwhile the crime rate in Phoenix is awful.
