Aquaman: One Day You're In, The Next You're Out

Will Toale, a 28-year-old soap actor, is the WB's new Aquaman. If you'll remember, former American Idol contestant Alan Ritchson made a bit of a splash last October when he appeared in a few episodes of Smallville. Dark Horizons reports that Ritchson "got a lot of acclaim for his body but little to none for his acting, so he was 'not even a contender' for the show."
And of course, everyone watches for the acting.
(thanks jon)

Ouch! Dissed at AI for his lack of singing ability and now dissed again? What's next on this guy's career path? Heck, he can't even join The Surreal Life!

Maybe gay porn I'm sure he can get it up for a couple of solo scenes. The new guy is pretty though.

It's not like anyone watches Smallville for Tom Welling's acting ability. I think they should have gone with Alan.

Toale looks a little too much like a young Kate Hepburn. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but isn't exactly hot, either.

I've met Will. Not only is he a charismatic and great-looking guy, he had a recent small role on Broadway in "A Streetcar Named Desire" with Natasha Richardson. I don't think Mr. Ritchson could say the same.

I don't usually watch Smallville, but I tuned in for Alan's debut after seeing it mentioned here. The producers definitely made the right decision. Alan's "acting" was almost unwatchable... ugh.

"Toale looks a little too much like a young Kate Hepburn."
Maybe he used the same plastic surgeon as Michael Jackson?
