World Cup Hotness: Beckham and the Brits Show Off
The English team is already showing off in Germany, and they haven't even kicked a ball yet. Here's a shot of Ashley Cole and David Beckham watching a training game from inside a tent (we'd prefer if it were their hotel room window and they just appeared at the window in towels, but a tent will do).
And Wayne Rooney moves to insert himelf.
The Armani-clad team made as much of a splash on their arrival as they did on their departure, showing off their mad fashion skillz. These first shots could have come straight out of L'Uomo Vogue.

That flight attendant just looks pleased as punch to be serving the English team. Click for larger versions of these.

I'm not trying to be a bitch, queen or anything but...
I'm tired of David. Yes, cute, but Gabe is right "hardly any substance." I mean, he's cheated on his wife. I guess she's forgiven him but I'm not impressed by that.

Also - gotta say that the Armani suits make these guys look great. Distinguished, professional - they actaully look like a team of adults rather than the oversized schoolboys look that has a chokehold on American athletes.

More Ashley Cole please. He's so cute.
Interestingly, he was the chap who sued the News of the World for that funny 'football star and DJ in gay sex act on video with a cell phone story.' He also petitioned Google to explain why his name was linked with the word "gay" in internet searches. He's clearly taken a page out of the Tom Cruise handbook on how to handle gay rumors: litigate like hell.
